what to do w/ a free KA?

i should be getting a free KA from a friend swapping in the SR20. its got 150k, and mine has 166k. i was planning on doing a semi cheap turbo set up for it and then installing it in my car. what all would i need for that? then, i want to rebuild my current engine for stronger internals and more advanced fuel management.  or should i just take the engine im getting, rebuild it, turbo it, and do it strong the 1st time?  what do you think?

dont waste time doing both especially with the mileage re-build the one ur getting for free and do it right the first time dont waste ur time and money doing it the other way

i also say build it up properly while it's out of the car (including turbo), and then install.
