All Canadian 240sx's are supposedly VLSD equipped, but the majority of USDM S14's seem to not have VLSD, as it was just an option on SE and LE models (and possibly a special order option on base models), and wasn't a standard item for any trim level of S14.

HICAS was only on S13's.

AFAIK There was no Hicas on any S14. LSD came with the SE and LE models or was packaged with models that had ABS.
