im trying to look for software/drivers but havents found anything concrete yet. Anyone that has connected their e815 (or from what ive read t720 is similar in term's of drivers) have any input on what is best way to do this and what software to use (freeware)

basically im trying to upload my photos to pc, dl music/ ringtones to phone and backup my numbers to pc instead of paying a dime to greedy verizon

tnx in advance to anyone who can help me out to figure out this shit

haha, yeah i searched goodle/ yahoo already too and read though that. I should of made it more clear. im not looking to hack/ modify. Im looking for a spreadsheet-like program so i can drag-drop items from the 815 to desktop and vise versa.

this is a really good resource but once again this is a little advanced for me
and im not looking to hack/modifiy, simply transfer data

I have the same exact phone and you have to change the seem inorder to upload and download stuff to your phone via the cable. It's ideal to get the Motorola Phone Tools software, then PST, P2K and other programs mentioned on Howard forums. The MPT software you have to buy, since an illegal copy will not download for updates (must have updates). I got mine with the cable off e-bay.
