Do you mean takakaira.com? I searched their site and only found a pic with no link to buy (and they're not Eastbear's either):

Forget the paint, found some on ebay (cheap too). Double halos with a black housing (DOT approved too, or so the guy claims). Thanks for the help, anyways

IMO you should buy your racerboy lights once you've finished your car and can afford to blow money to replace functional lights with ones less functional and uglier (in the case of the Eastbears and Ebay ones, not Supermade tho I <3 Supermades, just wouldn't want to blow the cash)
