Nismo 1.5 Way LSD for OEM VLSD

Hey,

I have a Nismo 1.5 way LSD for OEM VLSD that I am selling only because I bought it under the condition that it was for an Open Diff, which it definitely is not. It is unused, it was installed up to the point where the half shafts are installed, that's when I realized that it didn't fit. Nothing was harmed during the installation and removal of the diff. The LSD will include 2 brand new bearings (which cost me 84 dollars a piece) already pressed on. The only other things you will need to install this are 2 oil seals (they cost me 32 dollars from the dealer). I am asking 700 + shipping (should be about 40 bucks) for the LSD and Bearings, this is a good 150 dollars less than a new one costs (I know because I JUST ordered one), and this one is completely unused.

im pretty sure you just need the vlsd halfshafts you can get them at the dealer for $100 or around that instead of loosing the money on the lsd might be a better option.

What do I need to take a picture of to proove that it is a 1.5 way? I took it to someone as soon as I got it and they said it was 100% sure a Nismo diff, it came in the box and what not.

It looks just like the 1.5 way n1sm0r posted....am I wrong?

If you look at my picture closely, look at the holes on the diff. Also, the holes on a VLSD are huge, much like the ones in your photo. I'm 100% sure you do not have a nismo 1.5way, i would know, i used to have one...

I'm not trying to ruin your post, just trying to correct it so nobody gets the wrong idea.

Looks like I'm the only one who got ripped off if what your saying is right. I specifially took it to a 240 specialist when I bought this diff and he told me it was, as advertised, a Nismo 1.5 way. I will try and get some pictures prooving it's a Nismo 1.5 way or vice versa...

I guess I'll just have to compair it to my new Nismo as soon as it shows up in the mail...I'll post comparrison pictures....there should seriously be a LSDs for Retards sticky with pictures of all of the different types off LSDs (including open diffs incase someone doesn't know what that looks like) so no one can get ripped off. It should include all oil info too because there are like 3 posts a day about that.

I started to post something last night about this but didn't want to call the dude a liar. I bought a 2way street Nismo diff a few months ago and it looked just like n1sm0r's pic. I have also seen 3 vlsd's in the past and they look like what you have. I will try to post up a pic in a minute of mine out of the case that also shows the fluid, bearings ect that came with it.

Well it's offical! It's a VLSD, shitty for me, but I still need to sell it. If I could get 250 for it I'd be mildly satisfied (I'll still be losing over 400 dollars). If you have an open diff you'll need VLSD or J30 half shafts. This has brand new bearings and is in good condition, check out the pictures above and if you have any questions shoot me a PM.
