how good will it look, I am thinking about getting 17x9 rims with 225 40 R17 tires but I know they will stick out about an inch and rub the fenders, I am just curious good will it look. No camber mods though

ITS all about the offsets, gotta know the offset, my friend is running a 17x9 with a 225/50 and the offset is poor so he did not need to roll the fender. id say if the offset is less than +18 or so you might have to roll it with that big of a tire. but im not 100% sure.

225 40 R17 tires

when did they start making 225 45 17?

luke, as of right now your car is so damn high you could run 17x10-50 with no clearnance problems.

luke, getting an alignment with more camber isnt a camber mod.

your still a poser.... lol.

If you just pull up slowly and gradually, you can still get a slight pull going with a bat. I didn't have a bat and used a copper pipe when I did mine. 17x8.5 +9 w/ 225/45 which is the same as 17x9 +15. I have the tip of a finger gap between the inside of my fender and the outside of my tire. Free=:yum:
