I tried putting in the silencer for my 80mm RS-R GT II for the first fucking time and I got excited a bit and I shove it in pretty far. Is there any way that a skinny asian (I think) guy can do to take it off? I swear to god I'm out of energy.

You got excited and pushed it in too far? Sorry, that came out kinda funny. Hahaha
Go with what ThatGuy said. Get a rag on it, get pliers, twist and pull.

wait for it to cool down overnight, if the screw holes still line up use a screwdriver to pry them straight, or a gerber to grab it and pull top, then bottom then side then other side to slowly work it out. most help is letting it cool and contract.

Use a blowtorch on the outside of your cannister. It should be enough heat to expand the exhaust cannister allowing you to yank out the silencer.
Too much heat and you'll burn your RS*R so becareful! Goodluck man.

I know it's stupid. I'm stupid. But i'm blaming it all on the silencer.

I had trouble getting mine out once, I just reved it to redline a couple of times then the thing blew out like a bullet. Its too troublesome to use silencers, I never again put it in after that

Slide Hammer

I used a trunk spring. It works fucking greatttt. You've never seen difficult unless you have a Trust DD. The silencers on these bad boys are like 18" long.

2lb. of C4 should do the trick.

Trunk Spring? Slide Hammer? I tried using a crowbar (Small One) and it won't fit. I let it cool down a bit and didn't make any difference.

HAHAHAHA....sounds major.
USE A BLOWTORCH MAN! Heat up the cannister and then yank out the silencer, it will work. Use a butane torch or whatever, you can pick them up at Orchard Supply or Home Depot.

lots and lots of lube should do the trick
ohh...the sliencer, use that thing for fireplaces, that you use to move the coal around, its a iron bar with a hook on the end, its not a crowbar but has an actual hook on the end

I used the hammer's handle to try to yank it in a circular manner and it came off.
Lol lol. I used ThatGuy's advice (Kinda)
And just to make sure, I put it in again and used the same technique. OMG! WUHOOO! I TOOK IT OUT! Lol. AGAIN! weaksauce is the silencer!

Thanks mate. Hehehe, yeah it took me 14 hours. When I got frustrated, I just went back to my fridge, waited for someone to go home, yank that person instead of the silencer and wake up a happy guy.

I will keep my promise man. As soon as she's available and her husband goes to work, I will ask her to post for me. If you are on your 20s, she might not be your type (Well for non-perverts), she's around 30+ but who cares!
BS = NO PICS!

attach the silencer to a steel wire and make sure its strong, tie it to a giant post and drive away fast.
thank me later
P4rD0nM3

It's done already. And how can you attach the silencer to a steel wire if it's already inside the muffler. Lol. But anyways, thanks jobe!

haha, damn, noticed it too late! you could get one of those spring loaded things that measures the insides of cylinders

ah i accidently did this waaaay back. i bent the silencer wall towards the inside of the muffler just big enough so I can pinch it with a vice grip. Then tugged until my exhaust was about to break off...
The end
