Looking for a song...

I've been looking all over for this and have no idea where to turn, I thought maybe someone here might know..

I'm horrible at describing things so I wont even try. They play it at the beginning of the "my dream" (Orido Documentary) section of this seasons Option videos. Its a popular japanese song apparently.
Anyone know what im talking about?
