Subframe risers vs bushings

I'm about to start a new project and change a bunch of my worn out bushings on my car. One of those being my subframe bushings. Im just a little confused on what direction to go. My car is going to be seeing mostly track, mabey hit the street every once in a while. I can't seem to find a very direct answer on what exactly the risers will do for my other than a small amount of "geometry correction" does it also increase anti squat? Are the risers worth doing? My next dilemma is that like most other drift cars mine has met a few curbs in its day, if my frame is slightly tweaked am I not going to be able to use a solid bushing? Should I just stick with poly? I'm not saying my car looks like a banana, I'm just not 100% positive how true my car is. Any help or input is apreciated guys!

Go with the risers. Like you said, small amount of geometry correction, but they're pretty much the same price anyways.

That's what I was thinking, I guess I'll look into the pbm risers, just worried about the bolts lining up

solid is much stiffer than poly (obviously). delrin is between the two.

I just grabbed a set of GKtech delren or polly subframe bushings. Im happy with how they feel in the car vibration wise and raise the subframe up a bit.
