can some one please help me? does a 93 240 valve cover fit a 97 240 valve cover? please help! thank you!

Nope, different size bolts and the bolt spacing is different on the 95-98 vs 91-94. If I remmber correctly the early model has one less bolt too. I have a 98 but when I had my stage III engine built they used a 94 core... yep there are some differences.
