sry, can't spell windshield. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
Does anyone know roughly how much a new 240sx windshield is? This car I looked at today was really nice, a 92 240sx se, the only noticable problem with it, is that it had a crack all the way accross the whole windshield. Any ideas? - kerv (Edited by kerv at 1<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>9 pm on Aug. 4, 2001) |

If you buy it, and get full insurance coverage, they will replace it for free, with no raise on the premium. I had it done on my old Corvette. Just make sure the insurance company doesn't check the car out before they insure it. Also, wait a while before you make the claim after it is insured, like a month. Say a rock got kicked up and cracked the windshield. Or ask the seller to get his insurance company to repair the crack.
