So just recently bought some Energy Suspension Kit from Racinglab.com, found them to be the best price online. just wondering if any one else bought any items from them. I received the item last week (Friday) shipping was great (look like it was drop ship from Memphis, TN) no damage on the item or box. But its missing the REAR CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS which was suppose to be included per the description on there site.

Long story short i been trying to contact them via email or phone. No reply other than providing me with the tracking number, phone number on there site goes straight to voice or fax. What the fuck, im wasting my time sending emails, trying to track down what happened. If an one from NoCal know this place please stop by and point them to this post.

Thank god for CC disputes and protection from peep like them, but i'll give them a chance 10 days before i mail the forms in.

Could this be a discrepancy at the warehouse?
top row left : tension rod, front control arm, front sway, grease, tie rod, rear sway...

I had this happen to us a couple times in the past, just call energy, they will mail you out the missing part. Only thing you may need to do is fax them over an invoice stating you actually bought the part. But in the past they helped me out.
