BOV Nipple Question

What's up everyone?

I just picked up an 89 coupe with an SR.
The car had work done, but it seems like some of it was half assed.

The guy who sold me the car was running rich and let the car idle poorly, and even die at sudden stops... I believe this was due to the car not being recirculated. I went to home depot and bought a hose with clamps for it (needed a long hose since the BOV is in the front bumper) and will hook that up tonight. However, I noticed that the BOV (Greddy Typep-RS BOV) also has a small nipple on the other side..seems like a vacuum line of some sort, which is not hooked up either.

So the question is, could someone please tell me exactly where this small line needs to be hooked up to? I've looked online (this forum) and others and can' find a straight answer besides people wanting to make a cool sound. Please help!

Thank you

that line is there to pull vacuum and boost from your motor, i responds to boost levels to keep the spring tensioned so it doesnt leak boost when your creating it, you need to t it into a boost source

Would you happen to have a recommendation of where exactly?

You need vacuum from behind the throttle body, so somewhere on the intake manifold.
