HELP ka24det fluctuating

my car has been runs great before with slight boost leak. with no load(cruising on the hwy) the wideband will read 15.5 and once in a while like about 10 min it will read 19-20 on wideband and i can feel the engine loosing power for about 2 seconds. WOT is just fine.

im using FIC to tune it.

and now i decided to fix the boost leak(should be good idea right?) and the engine is fluctuates with no load.
on idle the wideband reads 13 for 5 seconds and changes to 18 for another 5 seconds, and keep fluctuating either cold or hot.
so when cruising wideband reads 20-22(for 15 seconds) and fluctuate to 13(for 2-5 seconds) until i give it a gas a little and start reading 15 again.
WOT is still fine.

if i tune it richer it will do similar. wideband reads 17-18 and fluctuate to 9. and dies on the stop sign and idle at 9 too.
there is no in between with the tune.

so im wondering whats with fluctuation?
any thought?

thanks guys

Slipping clutch? if it were to slip slightly, which i think mine is starting to go.... you would see a slight spike in A/F since its technically reving up with zero load. Does it feel like that?
