Kouki Tails key cylinder

Sorry for being noob
Does anyone ever have this problem with their Kouki key cylinders?
This is NOT the USDM key cylinder its the JDM key cylinder that came with the whole Kouki kit, Its the one thats longer than the original USDM one!

It doesn't fit, and i screwed it in from the front, because if its screwed from the back it doesn't hold the cylinder in place,

Now I have this issue where it doesn't even extend to touch the middle panel,

THIS IS NOT THE USDM CYLINDER
Am I SUPPOSE to screw the screws from the back?
does anyone happen to have the schematics on how the key cylinder is hooked to the panel from the 180sx's?

I never thought out of all things, I would have this problem

You have the mounting bracket on backwards. The side with the rubber is supposed to sit against the trunk metal. You need to slide out the lock cylinder and flip it around.
