Thing is this either you run 15's or go 17's.
Unfortunately here in the states tire choices for 16's are extremely minimal. 16's used to be the ideal size for our cars. They also used to sell more tire sizes in 16.

i rock q45 brakes, but i dont understand people who think huge brakes are needed for drifting? road racing/autoX for sure. but stock brakes lock up the rears just fine. |

Still cheating. Obviously not for drift, but from reading through this, no one, esp. OP, has fully declared "dorisha's" relevance to drift. Clarify?

"Drift car appreciation thread (with smaller diameter wheels and thick sidewall/meaty tires)" as specified by the original poster.
Part of the thread title/description was in Japanese phonetically translated using the english alphabet so I went ahead and translated that for you into actual english. |

I think this style looks really good on a silvia...like to the point I'd actually consider building a car like this.

You guys should put fender flares like 4" lower than they're supposed to be, like all the other cars in this thread. Plus, you won't have to cut the quarters. |
