Hey man saw your video nice job putting everything back together looks like your 240 is coming along nicely...I think it still idles a little high though, but thats just me. My 90 is doing the same thing that yours was with the starter it clicks a lot then after anywhere from the first turn over to 20 clicks it starts, I think it could be the cheap ass alarm in it that was there when I bought the car I plan on pulling it out and starting over...any suggestions since you went through the same thing?

Yea it idles high at 1,200 rpm then after it warms up it goes down to 8oo to 9oo. On your starter ....it might have a bad solenoid??? Yea take out the alarm if it does more harm than good. I hope you figure out the issue man. Hit me up if you have questions. I dont know of a way to test it really, not saying if there isnt one. Check the ground comming off the back of the starter and see if its ok and not open or damges in some way.
