Gti-r throttle bodies

I have a set of git-r throttle bodies that have been modified to mount on a RWD Sr20det. This winter I plan to install them on my kit car. I am leaning to megasquirt for engine Management. I know the throttle position sensor has a different voltage. I was just wondering if anyone was running that setup on a RWD SR. And if so how well does it work. Thanks.
