A properly runing rotary is a blast to drive.
All those piss poor neglected rotarys build a negative stereotype, probably due to being unkept etc

If I could afford an FD I would have bought it over my 240 for surez... With a lighter chassis and a 13b, its basically world class nearly out of the box... Awesome cars.. Rebuilds are easier than piston engines.... Man.. maybe I should sell the hatch.... hmmmm

I am getting tired of sr's cause the 240sx chassis is so getting rusty... I spend maybe 2 days of the year sanding rust, primering, and coating.... and now need a paint job... Just getting tired of older cars.

Speaking of 3 rotors, i finally saw a Mazda Cosmos for the first time this wk end. Shit reminds me of SC300/400s...but i nutted in my pants after I heard it fire yup. Owner was changing the twin canister exhaust on it.

its almost over a year old. they built it for drag racing. aussie boys will toss rotary into anything. kinda like how the treat the RB26 and RB30 they just build the shit out of them. Aside from the sound of a rotary, they still suck. I don't want a car that looks inexpensive. but the engine costs more to maintain then a e46 or e90.

rotarys are reliable.. it all depends on maintanence work.. if you boost more, you have to add more fuel etc.. my friend just blew his motor because he thought it would be cool to boost 12psi on stock ecu without adding more fuel.

theres people who cant even take care of thier stock car, let alone ever built up a car.. *aheem sideview * lol

again, people who diss rotarys are people who never experienced one. Don't believe its unreliable because you read the general census towards them is that they are horrible.

rotarys are awesome.. theres no upper valvetrain or bottom end to fuck up..

Ok, I have nothing against Rotaries. Though I do have a problem pulling out a perfectly good engine to put that Rotary engine in, just to be unique. It pretty much =fail!
