ka bc springs and stock retainers
i sent a e mail to B.C they say i cant use the stock retainers because theres is a dual spring. i test fit one of the bc springs into the factory retainer and it seems to fit perfect besides maybe pushing the 2nd spring down not even .250 i dont see this being a problem it still fits in the grooves nice so all it will do is raise seat pressure a few pounds. i also have the cups so that will stabalise the bottom. Does anyone have a pic of there ti retainers so i can compare, even better a ti next to a stock one. just not sure at this point if its even worth running them. im about to return them and just run a new set of stock springs. its not a money issue i just dont want to run ti retainers i used them in the past on other engines and the way they wear is dissapointing in my opinion. the car is turbo with a built bottom end everything in the head is still factory, stock cams and no plans to go over 7k. any input is greatly apprecieated, thanks
