Looking for seat recommendations
I am in the market for a new seat for my s13. Looking for something that has a good hold to it but not uncomfortable. My current options are Bride Vios III, Zeta III and Zieg III. Perferably looking for peoples opinions if you own or owned one of these seats. Thank you

I've got a pair of recaro speed model S seats for sale. MINT. With the lower seat loop for a 5-6 point harness.
1700 for the pair with about 180 greyhound shipping across the US, maybe less. I'm 6 foot, and 210lbs with a 34 waist. It hugs me great and feels real good. Haven't ran then yet just chilling in my storage unit. Perfect for track of dailying. Just a bit narrow for me at the bottom since I'm a bigger guy. Check it out. http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=656937 Hope it help in anyway. |

ok.....
asking what OTHER people find comfortable is kinda useless. 1: we have no idea how tall you are or what you weigh or your body type 2: this is like me saying "oh I like adidas shelltoes in size 10.5 That's great if YOU also wear a 10.5, but since we have no clue what size you wear, if you order 10.5 but need a 12, not gonna be very useful 3: do you have friends? try out their seats and see how they fit/feel. keep in mind that something that feels ok for 5 minutes might not feel that great after 2hrs. |

I haven't sat in a Zieg yet, but I found my Vios III more comfortable than the Zeta III.
You should look up their size chart and see which one will fit you best though. Brides run pretty narrow and we don't know your size as stated before. |

What is your waist size, what is your height.
When selecting a seat first you have to consider what will fit you depending on your build. The seats I run stops a lot of friends from driving my car. 1. Determines your size 2. The harness hole location relative to your shoulders will make or break if a seat is a good choice. If you wear a harness and the holes are not correct you negate a lot of the safety benefits of a full harness roll bar setup. 3. Seating height. 240's are not the easiest cars to fit seats in. The brand of the seat and the size will affect if you will have enough clearance for a helmet. Smaller seats/bride seats are designed around their seat rails allowing the bottom of the seats to touch the floor. Most sparco's will require certain rail combinations in order to be able to mount low or going custom. Wide seats matched with certain brand brackets wont allow the seat to fit between the brackets getting them low. |
