You sure you checked for all vacuum leaks, while engine is running, just spray brake cleaner around where you think there is a leak, idle will change when there is a leak, check everywhere, the smallest of leaks can hurt it. A lot of overlooked areas is the brake booster check valve located on the firewall, check all hoses that go to the brake booster, then get back to this thread. You have a vacuum leak due to you running rich and having poor idle, they go hand in hand.

*sniff sniff sniff*... Do I smell sarcasm? Crap...read too fast on the original post... go with said post below... check coil pack ground. Also believe it or not, I have seen first hand that the large connector for the coil pack harness have issues with the insulation peeling back due to heat and the wires touching and causing issues. Check that connector and make sure none of the wires are touching. Hope that helps.

keep me posted on this, I have the same problem but I always thought it was because my turbo elbow is only on with 3 bolts currently, allowing air to escape before the 02 reads it.... am I totally wrong!?

You really need to fix that, exhaust leaks that close to the turbo can cause all kinds of weird drivability problems. Turbo may not spool right either

Well this morning i think ive found my sputterin problem as i was checking the TPS that was good, so while the car was running i pulled coil pack #1 it even started to shake really bad then i put that one back in still shaking thou but not as bad when i pulled #1 off, so i did the same thing #2 #3 #4 and the idle stayed the same so now ima have to get new coil packs i hope this solves the little issue : D
