You have 10k to play with, buy a cheap 240 and swap in a 2jz or an LS, you have a bunch of money to get started.

are you makin this a daily? if that's the case, talk to pplz to get it smog. cali is a sht state to get a modify car smog...

Step 1: Pull out stock KA24DE

Step 2: Install GM LS3 E-Rod Kit (CARB approved)

Step 3: Check and DOUBLE CHECK the install

Step 4: Get it approved by a state smog referee

Step 5: You now have a LEGAL 420HP LS3 powered S chassis
