Hi guys

I am going to be going to a cheaper kyb gr2 + eibach spring combo, and was wondering if the lack of a camber plate in the fronts would affect camber adjustment.

how else would the person doing the alignment align camber, without that camber plate?

Very limited stock adjustments. You can slot the strut mounts so the knuckle can slide in/out for some extra camber adjustments.

Yeah no point stressing over the camber. I'd focus on getting adjustable front tension rods for caster adjustment.

i have tension rods, so that would be good enough for the alignment? and having a camber tophat isn't required?

Camber bolts. It's only lowering springs so it should be enough

I've had my GR2 and eibach springs on my DD coupe for like 7 years and have had no need for anything but a alignment the day after I put them in no pulling or any kind of uneven wear on my tires

bottom line you will be fine, i wouldn't worry about it, I did it all the time with no issues before i got coilovers, my shop never had any issues getting it straight.

if ur camber differs more then 1/2 a degree u can use cam bolts most alightment shops can get them. they run about 12 bucks each
