Hey everyone. i got a question and hopefully you guys can help me out here.
i am looking to replace my sr20det blacktop throttle body cuz it just plan out right ugly. i ended up doing a full build and i got a greddy intake manifold. but im looking to swap and seemed to be very limited on on choices. and i see nothing but Chinese throttle bodys all over the place and hyper tune said there not making any more at the moment.

Does anyone know of a good looking throttle body i could replace the stock one with or maybe i can replace it with another one off a different motor like a upgraded RB throttle body?

Q45 throttle body and a little work with a dremel.

also harder to find these days and people are charging an arm and a leg nowadays for it.

Do they make a Q45 Upgraded nice one? no really concerned about Cruise control. More of looks. it a s15 Spec R.. Just cant stand the way it looks..

ERA1 made one, discontinued, but it you can find one. I think the chinese one is based on it.

That Ross one on mazworx website doesnt fit. I emailed them . I'm on the same boat . Looking for a nicer throttle body aswell but nothing .

I just order from work engineering they had the best throttle body I can come across with out paying 1500 for a intake manifold when I already have a greddy. it was 230.00 but when it arrives I will post a picture with it on so you can see.

I’d do a JUN intake with a q45 tb if I ever did another SR, probably won’t have another one of those ever again lol

I shouldve known lol bought a greddy and got it polished smh. There needs to be a company pumping out legit direct replacement throttle body upgrades for the sr .

yeah i wanted to swap motor but i got a original S15 Spec R with 7k Original miles motor and body. so i was doing no motor swap. i just ended up building the sr20. Suppose to make 650WHP when all said and done. ill be ok with that. not my every day car.

there is a company that makes the TB but for that $700-800, i rather spend it on something else.
