U.s bumper support with silvia conversion??
Might be gettin my friends silvia front end next week an he's missin his bumper support.Can I use my u.s one,since without it,the bumper sags.Let me know if I can use my u.s one or do I have to modify it?

Of course you *can't* use the USDM support.
USDM supports = 180SX 180SX and S13 Silvia supports are NOT interchangeable. The 180SX support is slightly longer, and the USDM version of the support is also thicker (due to stricter crash test req's) so its harder to cut through. If you have a plasma cutter, have fun cutting. If not, good luc cutting. Otherwise, no bumper support for you. Don't even try. I did once and it barely fit. The bumper, of course, was completely stretched and looked like ass. I have a slightly bent S13 Silvia support if you want to buy it.. you pay shipping of course. Later |
