Hey folks, I've been searching for so long now for the perfect spoiler for my '93 240 SX fastback. I'm going nuts just trying to find one. I'm very picky, so if you have any suggestions I'll certainly appreciate them.
Thanx. |

u can always do the classic GTR on it... i am putting on touring on mine... i have the Wings West from the 92-95 civic....
or you can do a Mid Wing, it looks nice,,, dont know if they make it for the 240sx but again u might be able to use the one from an Integra or 92-95 Civic. u can do the 96-00 civic also but it is a tight fit.... i dont like the supra spoiler on it... u can do the aluminium.... what style do u like? |

personally, from all the 240SXs i've seen, whether they have the 180SX chasis or the s13 or s14 chasis, i think the GTR-style wings look best on them.
if you've got the fastback, there's this one type of GTR wing that looks tooooo sweet. it's like a stock wing for the newest 180sx in Japan. |

Having people give your their opinions for body kits/spoilers is like us telling you what kind of girl you should marry. So look around and see what you like. Check out spoilers.com and all jap body kit companys. Bomex for example.

I think you are extrapolating with the "girl to marry" comment. Asking people for their comments supplies us with ideas and maybe some pics. Which might, in turn, lead us to know where to find a particular product. Otherwise, we might just pick something we happen to see without seeing the full range of products out there that we could have had. I think that is basically what the forum is all about.

i dunno.
most Silvias in Japan run the GTR-type spoilers, it just adds to the aggressive look of the bodykits that most ppl opt for. HOWEVER: if you looking to make ur car look NOT aggressive, then just go for more simpler spoilers? of course, the spoiler depends on the body kit too. what kinda kit do you got (if any) ? |

my vote is no spoiler. they're a waste of 20lbs, and they usually look bad

I also vote yes to the wing thing. I think that's the whole deal, it takes a real keen eye to figure which wing fits your car. Depending on the body kit you chose it's pretty much the final touch. You could " make it or break it" so to speak. I 've seen a lot of cars with pretty decent body kits but the wing kills the whole thing. I'm planning to do the CIII veilside kit. But I'm not sure about their wing. If anybody has a picture other than the one they have on the website please post it.
