a welded differential isn't ideal for daily driving. it locks all the time and is terrible in the rain. i would get a vlsd to start off with, it locks decent and is good for daily driving. when you have the money an lsd would be a good investment.

I will help you but next time use the search function. This question has been numerous times.
What are you planning on doing with the car? full track? daily? daily with weekends? Also, it depends on what motor you're running, how much power you are producing etc. I like welded diffs. 100% lock at all times. Very predictable unlike my friends single slammer with a lsd. |

This has been discussed to death... you should really just search.
I've ridden in cars with welded diffs and they are horrible. I would never use one on the track and certainly not on the street. That is just my opinion. |
