s13 wtf is up with my s13

well i have been having some real sh*t luck since i baught my 92 240sx dohc ka24de base coupe. first i was getting my head resealed and the mechanic im guessing didnt do the timing right and snaped one of my cams along with a part of the head, both timing chains and also noticed there are some valve damage on the piston...... so my options were buy all that shit new or get a motor.... luckily a buddy of mine had a 97 ka24de with like 88k and i picked that up from him so then i swaped but kept the 92 intake mani and exhaust mani. then got that one resealed and then it failed all the way home with some exhaust leak. turn out to be the egr tub connecting to the exhaust. so did the egr removal with a plate that i had made and pluged the exhaust part of egr . and tried tuning it on and it did but still failed but no exhaust leak hahaha then figured out that the distibuter was atleast on tooth off maybe more idk run better but i still have a funny as fu*k idle some time it sit at like 1800 when at a stop light and then i give it a little gas and sometime the idle goes down to like 500 550 and tries to die. drives stong 2500 rpm and up but when i come up to a stop the idle just gets stupid. i checked the ecu for code and got back 32 egr error 11 ignition signal and 21 crank sensor. and i have to adjust my clutch because i have a hard time turning my 240 on some time i have to pump it and push it down all the way to the fire wall so i Dont know what to do. any good advice. and im straped for cash because i just moved to phoenix az from California and started school MMI.

when all this happened why didnt you take it back to the mechanic who F%cked it up in the first place, he was the last person to work on the car right, so then it makes sense that he did something incorrectly which caused your current problems.. duh
