97 Kouki base model w/ S14 SR20, JDM aero and looow miles

1997 Nissan 240SX S14 Kouki base model 5-speed Pearl white w/ full JDM OE aero kit 98,000 original miles on chassis S14 Zenki SR20 swapped at 85,600 miles and mildly upgraded Location: Cleveland, Ohio As clean with low miles as they come. This is an original base model with no sunroof that gets you the lightest curb weight of the Kouki models. Adult owned and meticulously maintained. Third owner at 63,000 miles in 2008. Clean title in hand and ready to transfer. I was fortunate to find this bone stock and previously owned by nice old folks who took very good care of it for nearly 10 years with the stack of dealer receipts to prove it (I still have them plus all of mine btw). I have since done my best to keep it as clean and reliable as I could without sparing any expense on the best parts available building it over the past 8 years. Exterior: 9/10 Super clean and still shiny considering its age. Original paint still holding up very well, some light scratches but none too severe. Always garage kept, never seen snow or salts. Small dent above passenger front fender never got around to fixing but very minor (see pic). Interior: 9/10 Dash is crack-free, has original 240SX floor mat set, all seats are still firm. All switches in working order with the exception of the washer fluid sprayer. Both A/C and heat are fully functional. Added new OEM stalk with fog light switch and power side mirror controller. Sony 6.5” speakers up front and Pioneer 3-way 6.5” in the rear. Pictured but NOT included are the Defi gauge setup and the Nismo shift knob. Will include spare A-pillar panel with Autometer boost gauge and pod. Engine: - S14 Zenki SR20DET with approx. 60k miles - Tomei ARMS M7960 Turbo - Blitz FMIC - Mishimoto aluminum radiator - HKS custom intake - HKS SSQV BOV V3 - ISIS turbo manifold V2 - GReddy TiC Racing 3” Exhaust - Apexi 87mm x 1.1mm head gasket - ARP headstuds - GReddy rocker arm stoppers - Apexi Power FC D-Jetro w/ control unit - HKS EVC-S boost controller - HKS turbo timer - FiveO 750cc side feed injectors - Walboro 255lph fuel pump Dyno’d at just over 300whps with current setup Drivetrain: - B&M short shifter - ACT HDSS clutch kit - Nissan OEM S13 VLSD Suspension: - TEIN Type Flex coilovers w/ EDFC control unit - SPL tension control rods (V2) - Nismo power brace - Whiteline F&R swaybar set - Cusco Type OS F&R strut bars - SPL Pro rear upper control arms - 5-lug conversion Body: - Nissan JDM OE S14 Kouki front and rear bumpers, front grill, K's spoiler, fog light kit, and rear valances - Nissan OEM side skirts - C-West clear turn signals Misc: - Viper alarm system - Battery relocated to trunk Issues: Needs new tires, small dent just above the wheel on the front passenger side, and windshield washer fluid switch doesn’t work. Power steering belt squeals a little on cold start up and there is a small power steering fluid leak. More details, pics, and videos available upon request. Contact via PM works best. Just wanted to point out that this is what every sale ad on here should strive to be like.
