I have two, ONE has zero shaft no In and out! Spin perfect. perfect replacement

The SECOND t25 has minimal shaft play, spins real nicely and smooth.

do the turbo's come with inlet and outlet pipes? like the part that bolts to the front and side of the compressor housing? what about wastegates?

comes with wastegate. does not include the inlet or outlet. that would cost more, most people do not include that. but beyond that i dont have them

Im down to buy the one with no shaft play. The other one is shot i have a spare t25 compressor wheel if you want to work something out.
