300zxn/a

i have a problem with my 300zx non turbo....
alright when i turn it on ( cold start, warm start or w.e ) it doesnt turn on right away it takes me at least 30 seconds and i have to floor it and hold it there to turn on. when it turns on it idles like crap like its miss firing. idles to high at start up and than when it warms up it will idle to low and eventually turn off. when i drive the car in 1st gear i try to floor it and all it does is bogs out and just jerks a little and than it doesnt pull at all... when i let go to shift it back fires like crazy ( shot out my cat ) seems like it doesnt pull at all like before when i used to floor it before it would spin and scratch second gear but now i barly get my 1st gear to spin a little. an also when i drive it for a while and stop at a stop sighn it will turn off and over flood..... than it takes me another 30 seconds to turn over and barly starts up. also when i go to the bank, get food i turn my car off because its load and i dont want it on,... than when i try to turn it on it floods again and i have to make it turn over for a while...

please let me know what is going on or what the problem is..
let me know if you need anything else

modifacations are:
cold air intakes.
HKS cat back exhaust.
new motor
new crank sensor
new maf sensor
and new coils and brand new plugs cost around 87 buks.( NGK's)
