So my car is lacking power at higher rpms and speeds. I heard theres a fuel pump reset button. Where is it? It said in the fsm to reset the fuel pump.

oh ok iv'e done that. Maybe you can help me figure out whats wrong with my car. My car drove perfect everyday and then one day I went to start my car and it gave a few puffs and wouldn't start. I checked my fuses and saw that the fuel pump fuse was blown so I replaced it and still didn't start. I then replaced the pump and now it runs but when cold it will die if I don't give it throttle and then when I'm driving at high rpms and wot it has loss of power and kinda bogs. it's worse in higher gears and going up hill. What could it be?

I didn't think you could do that but in the actual FSM it says reset the fuel pump and I have no idea what that means
