Unhappy S13 SR20DET having overheating issues.

I started off getting an S13 that was my sisters, it had sat for over a year, and had not been started. When I got the car I had started it and drove it around a bit, only for about 15 minutes, maybe less. It has an S13 SR20DET, well, it overheated really badly today. Before starting the car I made sure oil was at a good level, and gave it 10W-30 and topped it off. Car ran great, no overheating issues, hit boost just fine, until this morning. I started up the car to take my friend for a drive, drove it for about 10 minutes when smoke started to come up from the engine bay, so I quickly took it home to park it back. After letting it cool down for awhile, I went back outside to start it, and as soon as I started it, and drove down the street, HEAPS of white smoke was pouring out of the back. Also noticed later on there was light white smoke coming from the turbo area of the motor. My oil was mixed with coolant so I knew it was the head gasket. There is no loss of power, AT ALL, But I'm not driving it until its fixed. Do you guys think it's for sure the head gasket? I have seen blown head gaskets before, and nothing blew out smoke like this did. Keep in mind it sat for over a year. Could I get your guy's opinions before I start tearing it apart for a head gasket? Thanks!
