KA24 knocking/ticking?

Need some help diagnosing!
Stock KA, only makes the noise at around 3k rpm, anything less and it stops. Its not the top timing chain guide, i already took that off. doesnt get any louder, just slightly faster as the rpm increases. no noticeable power difference either. Also checked side time chain guides and i unplugged each spark plug wire to see if the ticking changes in a specific cylinder but no change. When driving and acceleration itll start at 3k but if i let off the gas a little it stops, even if im still at 3k.

Below is a video of the noise. hoping its nothing serious, as this is my DD and need it everyday for school, thanks.

Cut out ignition or fuel one cyl at a time and see if the noise changes
