Exclamation VG30DE help

Okey, it a 1990 Z32 N/A VG30DE and I have a problem with the throttle body wire. One of the throttle bodies opens but the other one doesn't really open. Everything else work just find. So what should I do?
P.S: This is my first Z

maybe theres not enough tension in the wire. is the wire slack? or is it taunt? tighten it til the wire is taunt but not opening the tb

/\ definitely a linkage or throttle body problem. One of the tension springs in the linkage I bet.

I had a screw missing on the bracket that the cable attaches to. Basically one tb was opening when the gas was depressed for a good 2 or 3 cm before the other tb started to open. I attribute the previous owner with killing the engine by running like this for who knows how long

as soon as an appropriately sized screw was found and fit and the engine was receiving full airflow the engine blew at 4k rpms
