Just a quick question here...will the Injen cold air extension work with a hotshot intake? I ask because my friend already has a hotshot intake and he's trying to not to have to buy another intake just to use the extension piece.

i think that mostly they are universal. any intake with a 3" opening will work.

will the cold air extension work on a 89-90 model?
if u change the bumper, will it work then?

I have a Injen intake with the cold air extention.  The compatability between the two I don't know about.  I know that the CAI (cold air induction) extention is bent at the angle needed for a pretty perfect fit down a hole in my fender.  If my intake were 1/2" longer or shorter, my CAI extention wouldn't fit down the hole.
