just installed coilovers.

ok so i just installed coil overs, and i am wondering what the knobs do, on the top and the bottom of the coilovers, i think they are the dampening, i know they make the ride firmer or softer, but i really don't know what they do, as in how differently the car will react. right now i have 9kb springs in the front and 8kg in the rear. its way more bouncy than stock (duh) but are there ways to adjust it to have not feel bouncy and feel more like they are constantly on the road? it only gets bouncy on bad road surface conditions. but when the pavement is smooth i have no problem.

thanks

Yes, those adjust the damping stiffness.

.... they don't even state that in the instructions?

turn up shock damping to reduce bounciness

no way to tell exactly how the car will react until you try it and go for a ride

just monkey around with it till you find the best feel for you
