Seems after getting EVERYTHING wired back up in my Project car,..some things aren't working that use to.Lights use to work fine!

Pop ups go up,and light up and everything,..but don't go down.
When they are on and you try to TURN the Manual Knob,.the lights are Clicking like some signal is TELLING them to stay UP (maybe constant Power from somewhere).So it would seem the motor's are ok.

Proper way to test these w/ multi meter??
Fuses are fine but how the hell do you check a relay?

Is the stay up button pressed or not plugged in?

Checked all the basic Stuff....haven't got Down and dirty w/ the Wires themselves though.
Tried Multiple diff ways - Checked ALL Fuses of course.

Something is obviously telling them to STAY up.We could get it to cycle once or twice,...but when you spin the knob they try to go down,but flicker and "Tick" like they are being forced and Don't want to be.

Crazy.They were working Fine before (in the old car they came out of).
