Not so push button start?
Ok. So, new car with a not so push button start. Doesn't work. Here's a pic. After looking online Im still not sure what is going on there.
The black/white and black/yellow are spliced together leading to one wire attached to one terminal of the button. The other end of the button terminal is leading to the black/green wire. |

never saw the point in the when you still have to stick the key in, now on my S55 it has Keyless Go i just keep the card key in my wallet and the doors unlock when i touch the handle and all i have to do is step on the brake and press the start button no keys required at all but i can still use the original key if needed now thats nice

I would not try another DIY push button start. This current once does not work, you need to fix the problem first.
Get out the fsm and find out what each of those wires are and where trey are supposed to go. Than determine what is hooked up right, or fix what is there first. |
