I bought a DVD for my dad for christmas at Tower Records.  Then 20 MIN later  I found a Lord of the Rings Calender for his desk.  He like this much better I think.  So I went back to Tower records and asked to get a refund.  NO!! They won't give cash refunds for anything .  You get a stupid store credit.  Has anybody got a cash refund from tower records?  If so Tell me cause I really feel like calling the manager and just reeming the hell out of him.  Even though I know it's not his fault.  I might just send a letter the the main office.  I think it is crazy not to give cash refunds for anything.  If it was open then it would be a different story but it wasn't.

yeah I had my receipt.

You get a store credit on a card and you don't get money back.
