Anyone know if these prices are here to stay? I heard rumors about gas jumping back up to $4-5 bucks... anyone confirm this?

Make me feel like an idiot to buy a brand new 08 civic to save gas when gas is gonna stay low.

There's plenty of people who will tell you its going to jump back up to 4-5$ and even more. But no one really knows the real answer. That 4-5$ craziness had alot to do with sketchy commodity traders. There were some things going on that should not have been happening. It would also be stupid for them to raise it back up so high being as we're in a global recession. OPEC has also said they'd like to keep it around 50$ a barrel for trade which is around where we're at right now. But this is the wrong thread for this.

I paid 2.25 for 91 today which wasn't too bad.
