Jacksonville would LOVE to have him, he is like the #1 son considering that is where he is from. He would sell merch and put asses in seats, which they need down there

Crazy day in the NFL
Also there is a back and forth now for Tebow at the Jets. Apparently Jacksonville is back into considering Tebow if the Jets trade falls through.

Im almost willing to guarantee that the niners wont be facing them again in the playoffs this year. Yes the niners are going back.

^^^BWAHAHAHAHA
But back to the Saints. I take what I said back how I dont see the big deal. Using it to motivate your players is one thing, but when the league knew about it, told you to stop it almost 2 yrs ago and you still kept it up...then trying to cover it up. Yah, you'll get hammered for it. Just sucks how much they made an example out of them...why couldnt they do this shit to a the Raiders or something? I mean how much worst can the Raiders get? |

DId you forget that the Raiders pretty much penalize themselves? (On the field anyways.)
Off the field....they could use a slap in the face.

Coming form a lifelong football player and fan.
I head hunted for free. Offering me money wouldnt make me want to injure someone. I looked up to people like Ronnie lot and Mike Singletary when I was a kid, neither of them needed any incentive to clean someones clock. Now I rejoice in watching patrick willis and dashon goldson do the same. I mean why would money change anything. I player is going to play the same way regardless IMO. Offering money to a millionaire? really? cmon now this isnt the boyscouts. I dont remember belichick getting in that much trouble when he got caught straight CHEATING. Im getting really tired of goodell and his "examples". Thats why I love ochocinco, because when Goodell tried to shut him down he legally went over his head. Fuck Goodell in the neck with a pencil.

I agree with you on all your other points. Millionaires don't give two shits about a few thousand extra dollars to go out and do their job. If they're good defensive players in first place, it's not even about the money.

It's one thing to put a big hit on someone; that's just football. It's something entirely different when your intent is to injure/to put someone out of a game. That shit isn't cool. The punishments seem fair to me.

Whats with all this morality being figured into a players worth?
fucking ridiculous. Troy polomalu prays a million times a game but I dont see anyone patting him on the back. Reggie white was a fucking PREACHER, no mention of him. Why is the religious right treating tebow like hes the first christian football player? Oh duh, hes white.

Fuck...everytime I turn on ESPN, Skip Bayless is running his mouth about Tim Tebow. This dood is so far up Tebow's ass that he absolutely refuses to see Tebow's flaws. All he sees is "He won alot of games for the Broncos," blah blah blah...led the NFL in rushing. If you just get your head out for a second and take a deep breath...he'd realize that sure he led the nfl for the most rushing yards...that doesnt mean jack shit when you're at the bottom of the league in total yardage and cant convert 3rd downs!!! Fuck Tebow...NYJ can have all that drama since they seem to dwell on it anyway.
