You can always buy a private jet and fly it to your helicopter which you can take it to your yacht if you don't want to fail smog. Another work around would be take the helicopter straight from the house to the yacht... it just depends on how far the trip is and if your tesla model s plaid has enough charge to get you to the airport.
Another option is to buy a 911 GT3 RS and enjoy that nice factory smog legal car.
