how do i change out the one already in my car though...dont i have to release the fuel pressure first?

alright got it changed, it was hard as hell to get the damn injector out but i got it out, the o ring was in there so tight there was nothing even left of the injector!!! anyways many thanks to everyone that stuck with me and helped out and kougeki for pointing out the injector, and skylindrftr for faq.
