I've never driven the M5 but everyone that does seem to do an exceptionally good job at drifting. But once they get into another car, suddenly they aren't so great. Not sure whats going on, but that M5 is bs.
Also, not sure what it is but the late model FD is faster than my G37. Maybe it has to do with the lower weight. I think I'm going to purchase one and see the pro's and con's vs the G37. Need to get to the bottom of this. It seems like most of the Japanese guys are either driving FD's or NSX's. edit: Just tried out the '02 FD RX7... wow. Super easy to drift. I didn't need any practice and I was hanging with the Japanese guys. I can see why everyone uses it now.

They both share very similar strangths and weaknesses. I wont exploit either cars weaknesses cuz I run the NA's but i can tell you that the even though I run the NA1 and NA2 i think the FD is indeed the better car. I dislike turbo-car response when tandeming which is why I perfer running the NSX. |

THESE TWO MIATAS
they were two little beasts! They twin drift all of tsukuba. It was weird watching them cuz alot of time i'd catch them drifting instead of one after the other like usual they were one on the inside lane and the other on the outside lane. ^team NSX failing cuz red NSX couldnt drift. ^so much action i got legitimate battle scars and not scars from somone driving the wrong way or stopping mid-drift. |

^ oh cool lol, sorry you weren't in any of the pics (well you're in background in the first pic lol), we kinda took off and left you behind
But yeah, you need to buy comfort hard tires for all your drifting vehicles so you can choose them in your favorite menu, that's why none of them were showing up for you.

non of them were showing up for me? huh, i drift just fine w/ the comfort softs lol. i mean, i can drift w/ the comfort hard, but prefer to have that little bit of grip on all 4 tires when sliding around. just a personal choice. also, for some reason, i just couldnt hook up. some tracks are like that for me.

My new fav car to drive... i love this thing. at first i was going to try to race with it but when its fully modded it doesnt have much power so i just maxed out the initial torque and did my personal suspension tune and i love the way it handles when drifting.

u got an NSX-R?? :O
lets battle my S vs ur NA. I finally got the S13 to run at pace with alot of the drift rooms. i want to see how fast it really became running with somone I know. Lets say to achieve the speed I had to sacrifice stance and handling. The thing squats and handles terribly. i've been playing around with more FR's than anything else lately. |
