i just started playing this shit cuz i just got my xbox modded with a hard drive and chip and it came with this game...my question is....anyone play this on xbox? and if you do....how the fuck do you arrest people??? hahah

you gotta get close to them then its some button you push. on PS2 its like triangle or square. just get close to people walkin on the streets and push one button at a time.

You have to beat them to the ground first.

Did you go thru the intro? It tells you how to do everything.

arrest them and you get free guns and money. killing involves ammo, plus, if you arrest them, your rating goes up...
