Hopefully that will help.
add fuel filter to that list too. They're fairly cheap and easy to change. The 300ZX fuel filter is what I use and it's actually cheaper than the 240SX filter.

I got 387 miles on 14.8 gallons of fuel with 90% highway so 26.1mpg with my S13 coupe with 225/40/18 and automatic transmission reving about ~3,400rpm ~90mph on a very long drive.

I plan on changing my final drive to 3.63 from the current 4.08 to see how much my highway milage improves.

man this thread started out with a guy asking for help, and everyone is just showing off their gas mileage. Mines horrible, about 12 MPG. Changed fuel pressure regulator, coolent temp sensor, and nothing helped. This sucks. You guys make me jealous.

my dohc has 155k and i use 89 octane and i was getting about 17mpg and thought that sucked but didnt really know what else to do since i had changed everything when i put the motor in when i got the car. i work at o'reilly auto parts and with my discount i got an O2 sensor for like $20. after that i saw it go up to about 24 to 24 average.
