well the second was a 4 button fighter with assist buttons, I kinda like the 6 button from mvc1 a little better, but it wouldnt work if its 3v3 which they said there keeping.

Anyone down to play mvc2 on xbox live? or mvc on ggpo?

X Men vs Street Fighter was probably my favourite "vs." series.
This should be cool though. The roster is probably going to be HUGE.

That's impossible though. Have you ever played MVC2 low tier vs. low tier? Boring as fack. If I don't have Magneto rushing me down, or trying to think of ways to get in on Cable, it's just boring. The imbalance is what made it fun. It was essentially a 10+- character game, and the rest of them were used as assists.

Both the lower tiered and higher tiered characters are unbalanced.

What you really have is the characters in the middle who are already balanced. This gives you two middle tiers. Then you have a hyper-tier and a hypo-tier.

There is no doubt sentinel should be a top tier character as well as Servbot being at the bottom but the gap between them and the middle tiers should not be so big.

As far as fighter balance goes I like Guilty Gear. The stats of the characters are unbalanced but the moves balance out the fight.

I love guilty gear but imma have to say my favorite is jojos bizarre adventure. I think its pretty balanced.

I HATE mvc2 because the ubergeeks that learn the algorithm/infinite combos.

Fuck. Play the game the way it was meant to be played, not systematically counter-choosing or fucking just sticking to high-tier cocksuckers.
