... because I, for one, love them! A good find just two nights ago...

... ... unfortunately, it could have benefitted more from a good set of coilovers (or at least something that would've lowered it some more) that cost only half as much as those rim$! I've never seen the Volk Daytona F-Zeros (?) in real life, and let me tell you, these wheels are no less than STUNNING!

Man if I had the $14,000 to waste I would have gotten a JZX100 instead of a JZX90 I would have bought a Mark II though. I have a friend that has a 100 Chaser I have it posted here the front any way. Check it outtttt! Here is the engine!

It also has a 1JZGTE (If it is a Tourer V) Twin Turbo 2.5l in Line 6 cyclinder

...and we just get the Avalon, not saying the Avalon is a bad car. Its just a bad car compared to the JZX100

silviasichigo,
this is one thing that's been boggling me for a long time. What is the difference between the Chaser 'Mark II' and 'Tourer V' (as shown in the photos above)? I saw a Mark II the other day and compared to the tourer V pictured, it looked maybe not quite so 'sporty'?
I'm under the impression that at least one of them has the 2.5l turbocharged I-6 (1jzGTE?), but what does the other have? or are they just trim levels?

I have yet to see a jzx110 yet, though I DID pull up next to a Toyota VEROSSA yesterday while sending a friend to the airport! That is a crazy looking car (and this sample just happened to be driven by a head-turning chick). I wouldn't mind owning one of those, either. I mean the car... not the-- ... well, I wouldn't mind owning the chick either.
What's the chassis code for the verossa, anyway?

Ok here is the grand scheme there are three Toyota's in the same class. You have:

Car Premium Middle Low Class
Chaser Tourer V Avante Grande Sporty
Cresta Tourer V Avante Grande Elegant
Mark II Tourer V Avante Grande Sports

... I'm just as confused.
So If I saw a car that was badged "Mark II" on the rear pass. side and had "Chaser" on the rear driver side, that makes it a...?
Am I to assume "sports" is more race orientated than "sporty"? and all 3 come with the 1JZ-GTE I-6 then? sorry, I'm just trying to figure this out in my head.

I hate resurrected threads, especially those posted by old users who aren't here anymore!
